I waited at Ballarat till 1515 for its departure before leaving to
head back to work; I wondered what time they eventually left  - must
have been about 1600 or so.

I thought that today's trip entailed an arrival at Spencer Street of
1120, so R711 was running 3 hours late today.

Thursday 8291, R711+B76 and 11 cars depart Spencer Street 0720,
Geelong arr 0826, x8220, dep 0855 OR EARLIER (ie if 8220 is early),
Colac 0947*, arr Warrnambool 1105.

Return Warrnambool 1830, Geelong 2049/2054, arr Spencer Street 
(Plat 4) 2152.

Hmmm....<thinks>.... will R711 run this Saturday on the day return?
