Hi I'm wondering whether any SAR boxvans, specifically the DW and DWF and VFN types, were equipped to haul grain ? This family of vans had roof hatches, and I have a photo of a VFN van which shows the door to be painted yellow. A yellow door on SAR open wagons was once used to indicate a level of grain proofing.
