Do not directly quote me on this, but apparently, there is supposed to be
some sort of graffitists "mafia". They are said to pay rewards to graffiti
artists who tag 'identified' targets such as vehicles or buildings belonging
to railways, Telstra, police etc. A QR employee once told me the QR site hut
(caravan) he was in was badly graffitied. A youth approached him and asked
if he could take a photo of the graffiti including the QR logo so he could
"claim a bounty". If this is true, I don't know where this "mafia" gets the
cash from to pay these supposed 'bounties'. As I said, it is all hearsay.
