Are you sure that this is a 700? National Rail use BL's, some of which
are still in the AN green livery, on steel traffic. They look a little
bit like the 700 class.

The yellow loco is owned by SCT (AFAIK), although, as mentioned in
another thread, it also has VLF and "Rail Power" stickers on it.
As for the RT, I _assume_ it is 32RT, although the SCT logo may only have
been put on in the last couple of months.
