No 2138 empty oil from Canberra this afternoon (Saturday 27/03/99) was worked by 4889 leading 8039 & 8035. A Southern Aurora sleeping car was also part of the load, being detached at Picton (probably to form part of the RTM tour consist to Broken Hill next weekend). Bevan Wall.
