The current Metrol building has to be demolished a/c Federation Square, and
the Train Control facility therein is to be relocated to Transport House.
AFAIK the fitout of the new area in Transport House has commenced.  Before
the decision to move to Turkey House, several locations were mooted,
including within the Electrol Building at Burnley (big grey building on the
down side of track at up end of Burnley adjacent to the siding), Flinders St
station building, and a new building at Adderley Street, near the CMD.

As for this crap about driverless trains...
