Bluebirds in Victoria?

Hi all,

I visited Traralgon today (Saturday) and noticed the two Bluebird
motor-cars attached, and standing in the loco depot area.  I haven't
heard anything about these units for a little while - are they
operating on a regular basis now, or still in testing mode?
Incidentally, the two trailer cars were also present.
