Swanston Street and Victoria Street

Today trams were stuffed in Swanston Street so East Coburg and Morland
trams ran up Swanston Street into Victoria Street up Elizabeth Street, 
Royal Pde to Moreland Road and coming back the normal way down Lygon St.

The problem was Franklin street stopping trams going up to university.

Interesting way of doing it, rather than banking up the 1,22 trams.
