Daylighting Dudley street

DLA work is about to begin on the Dudley Street bridges in Melbourne.
NRCs MST yard is being shortened slightly so that the six bridges can
be removed from the Western end. No 1 bridge is due to go in
mid-April. NRCs MST SG tracks will meet just before Dudley Street and
end in a 2.5 loco-length neck. At the end of this will be an imported
buffer stop!!!! This thing will safely stop 4000 tonnes doing 15 km/h.
(thinks - I'd like to see the test run).

As a result of all this the GN T class will be replaced by an NR class
(on a daily basis) for a few months until the C is ready.

Just another eccentric crank.
