It's political, so not necessary logical.  Briztram was the scheme put
forward by the last Qld Government under the nationals, there was an
election won by the opposite side, Labor, who derided the original proposal
during the election.  They couldn't re-instate Briztram, so presto they came
up with a new name - Brisbane Light Rail.
