XPT in Eveleigh

Anyone know why there are XPT passenger carriages in Eveleigh.
It is in the second unwired road next to road 1, toward the main running
lines.
I was told that the roof on these two road has asbestos, which means if
these
carriages are to re-enter service, it will need a good clean out.
I don't have the number of these carriages as I only ever pass Eveleigh, not
work a train from there.
