131 500 rumor

I heard a rumor that the 131 500 number is manned by the staff at the Sydney
Morning Herald.
I also heard that if the lines at SMH are busy, you are diverted to a
CityRail station.
An investigation also reveled that staff at SMH do not get STN's about
trackwork, hence, the complaints of customers saying they where told there
is no trackwork, It's even worse at a cityrail station as they only have
STN's for trackwork in that area.
Example, if you live on the south coast, your call is diverted to
Wollongong, they could not tell about trackwork in The Blue Mountains.
A good example is that TCAC (Sydney depot for guards) get every STN, where
as out depots only get some, mainly for that area.
