Doesn't meet the criteria.

No direct trains from Waterfall to Olympic Park as the poster
required.  And I wouldn't call Waterfall parking secure.

My suggestion:  Drive to the city, park in a secure parking station
(for a price) then catch a direct train to Olympic Park from Central.
