No. Domain Road Interchange was never manually controlled. By "Manual Control",
I am assuming
points controlled from a signal box/cabin rather than by points bar.
AFAIK, no depot entrance had manual control using this definition.
There were/are many junctions controlled by tram drivers using poweron/off
contactors.
