An easement exists off the Appleton Dock line curving westwards
towards Swanson Dock West, and a line could be easily built right into
Patrick's Swanson Dock area.  The rest of the dock land there is
covered in containers, except for this easement.

Perhaps being Victoria the big picture is to do away with all docks,level
area completely,build a sports stadium for the 2056 winter Olympics,build
worlds highest tower,build more expensive pent house accommodation for the
upwardly mobile,etc. etc.nah that would never happen,would it? :-)
