Maribyrnong River Line

I came across this in a search for information
on the Maribyrnong River.

Is it the siding that run along side the Maribyrnong
River from South Kensington Railbridge on the
(Williamstown, Werribee, Geelong and Warrnambool
lines), to the Wheat Quarantine Station / Briquette storage
on the corner Somerville Road &Whitehall Street
City of Maribyrnong (Footscray).

Because if it is, she have been operation for three month
with Wheat, Briquette and Chemical.
