1.  Isn't Oolong a variety of tea?   [Don't drink the stuff myself, so I'm
not sure.]

2.  Although not strictly odd, have you noticed the large number of
Melbourne tram termini containing "East"?

East Brighton, East Malvern (2 different routes over the years), East
Burwood, East Brunswick, East Coburg, as well as short workings to East
Kew, East Brunswick (a different one), East Preston (2 sites both formerly
termini), East Melbourne
