Good to see the RTM bringing yet another good old ALCo back to life for a
fraction of the cost of restoring a steam loco.
90% of the punters travelling on the train couldn't care less what was on
the front-steam or diesel. For those steam enthusiasts lamenting the lack of
a steam loco on the tour train just ask the driver of the 442,44,45 48 or 43
to notch it up quickly and there you have it! The mandatory black smoke at a
photostop!
