The tram only joins the new road for the bridge over the rail yards.  The
rest I think is in reservation from Swan Street to the (new) Batman Avenue
Bridge.

The rest of the (new) Batman Avenue is still being built, joining (old)
Batman Avenue on the western side of the tennis centre. The road isn't
finished, but the City Link toll gantry is in place,
