Burnley trains this morning (11/6)

Does anyone have any idea as to why trains on the Burnley group this 
morning were completely stuffed? A lot of cancellations and late running.

The showgrounds train departed from Pl 4 at FSS (meant to be Pl 10) and 
was formed by a City Loop train instead of the Alamein Up. The 4D was 
stabled at North Melbourne Layby Sidings at approx 8:40a

Seems like Comengs don't like the heat, Hitachi's don't like the wet and 
the 4D just doesn't like to run? =)
