South Dynon and Burnley sightings

The following were sighted at South Dynon Junction on Wednesday 2 June 1999

9353 at 23:20 (schedule 23.10) Down Goods to Tocumwal    X54-X48-32

9260 at 23.30 (schedule 23.05) Down Goods to Warrambool    A77-P19-T379-17

The schedule times are from the "last" network timetable - has the new
V/line Freight started changing the timetable? Also, the trains seem to have
bigger loadings and motive power - I am I imagining this???

Also, track machines sighted at Burnley for the last week - does anyone know
where they are working at the moment?
