You can sometimes pick up Victorian platform tickets at the Railfan Shop as
part of mixed bags of tickets. I found Flinders St and Spencer St platform
tickets in such bags.

I have Ballarat, St Arnaud, Korumburra and Walhalla(!) platform tickets 
acquired from other sources.

Queensland Rail was still issuing platform tickets as recently as 1991, but
I don't know if they still do. I have paper platform tickets from Cairns 
(1982) and Roma St (1991).
