(Yeah right!)

...and anyone wishing to understand what biases are inherent in this
study, should check out the hand picked staff in Newman's own
department and what they have worked on in the past....

There's a collection of eco-feminists, social planners, public
transport 'experts', anti-economic rationalists, greenhouse warriors
etc. Newman was a former Elected Councillor for City of Fremantle
1976-80, and Board Member of Transperth, while Kenworthy was a former
WA government policy worker.

ROTFL .... Call me cynical, but I'd say he has a barrow to push, and
it all looks a bit "left-wing" to me.
