Do tell Gareth where do you get your information ???
Fact 1 the C classes have no mufflers at all they are straight out of
the turbo
Fact 2 we have been told that the modification of the exhaust was out
of the question as it was prohibitively expensive!!
Fact 3 in any case there is insufficient room above the turbo to fit
any type of off the shelf muffler!
Fact 4 this info came from the Cab Committee in Melbourne and the
people at RTS.
Possible Fact 5 that the EPA in NSW will ban these units from
operating in NSW as being rebuilt they will emit WAY too much noise!!
