AFAIK, NR own them (this would also apply to the BL and DL classes, and the 81
class that they use).

Perhaps the preserved ones?

Yes, both of them have been scrapped.

There are none left in service that I know of, about the only one likely to get
down here is RTM's.

963 is with Steamranger, so it would need a change of gauge first :-)

AFAIK, it *is* with Steamrail.
