Alstom is the new name for GEC the Signaling and overhead contractor of old.
GEC have purchased the signal Maintenance Division and have worked on
numerous projects around Australia.   John Holland will be looking after
track maintenance.  Alstom have an office out at Clayton and should have an
internet address.
