Can anyone shed some light on the delays at Nunawading at around 1700 on Wed
7th July. CB reports talk of boom failure. Traffic was certainly very thick
in Whitehorse Road at Blackburn (having trouble crossing Springvale Road at
the lights) and also in Canterbury Road heading for Springvale Road. I
imagine that Springvale Road was just a giant carpark.
