It's high time that either the road people paid the proper amount for the use of the
road (highly unlikely considering that the road people own the government) or the rail
network is merged into the same department as the road. And funded similarly.

I note that road taxes are rising reasonably steeply in UK now that the tories are on
the opposition benches. The truckies appear not to like it - surprise surprise. Around
74% I read.
