Hillside Trains, Diesel Locomotives and the Epping line

All,
I recently acquired a copy of the latest Hillside Trains WTT Addenda.

Victorian locos are listed in the Addenda in two catergories:
Cat 1: maximum axle load weight of 23 tonnes; maximum gross weight of
    130 tonnes; G B A N S X P T & H class diesel and R J K D3 class steam
    locos.
Cat 2: max axle load weight of 20 tonnes; max gross weight of 80 tonnes; 
    P T & H class diesel and J K D3 steam locos.

The following lines have the following vehicle weights:
Flemmington Racecourse  --> Cat 1
Epping   --> Cat 2 ***
Hurstbridge  --> Cat 2
Camberwell to Alamein  --> Cat 2
Belgrave, Lilydale and Glen Waverley  --> Cat 1.

*** Just thought I would point out that the Epping lines is allowed no
other locos than H P or T class locos - On several occasions this year X
and A classes have worked spark Xfers to and from Epping!  oops!
