Curious as to the status of "S Circulars " these days , ie who prints them.
Is this a FV  "S circular" as the train will be running on FV lines under 
control presumably of an FV train controller,or as it is a passenger train 
running on FV tracks does it become a VLP train ,or shortly  a privatised VLP 
train ?
