VBFX 1 returns

VBFX 1 is currently sitting in Tottenham Yard (Vic) "for
inspection".
This wagon was first mentioned in RNV Sep 96, and a photo
appeared
in RNV June 97. It seems to have been stored at Swan Hill ever
since.

Unfortunately, during the conversion from a VLEX wagon, the small
number tag was removed from the underframe. 

Can anyone with ROSCO access find out its previous identity??
