Bit late, but:
Newport - Pyrenees SAW Train Control moved to Mile End.
Train to Base radio for Hopetoun & Yaapeet was moved from the V/Line
system to SMR.
VRTC Manager Rail Safety Mr Palermo retired.
Your correspondent attended a Signalbox inspection with a certain gunzel
organization at Frankston, and was tragically disappointed to see R.L.
(Victoria's Premier Gunzel) in attendance :o(
