Thanks for the info Arthur.
I am with the World's heaviest rail carriers up there
in the Pilbara from being bothered with the Feds and
their Bureaucracy with "National Competition".
Let the Federal Government sort out the "Public" and
State Railways (NSW VIC WA) first, before meddling with
the Pilbara Railway/Railroad heavy-weights who know how
to run cost effective trains.
Any would be "operator" who feels they have a "right"
to use the Pilbara track, should negotiate with the
owners direct.... NOT through some Government/Public
Service inspired socialist legislation.
