The frequencies used for Mobilesat are as follows.
Uplink ie from Train to Satellite 1646.5 Mhz to 1660.5 Mhz
Downlink from Satellite to Train 1545.0 Mhz to 1559.0 Mhz

For those of you who are superbly keen and want to listen to the satellite
uplink the frequencies are

Earth Station to Satellite 14011.5 Mhz to 14025.5 Mhz
Satellite to Earth Station 12263.5 Mhz to 12277.5 Mhz.

Does the SRA have their own Earth Station ??

There is no switching in the satellite so all calls have to go via 2 hops , ie
train - satellite - earth station - train control.
Reverse is
Train Control - Earth Station - satellite - Train.
