No.  Tangaras have wheel slip control, so they never lock the wheels up.  Never
ever. Can't happen, sorry.

Oh, they were built by Goninan...  Well in THAT case, maybe they do!  Many
drivers will turn off the wheel slide circuit breaker, or they will never stop
anywhere.  A large number of Tangaras have gone straight through Loftus and some
have nudged the buffers at Richmond due to the unreliability of the Wheel Slide
units.  I was on a train that stopped half way to Sutherland, even though the
brakes were in full service at the up Accept and the train was only doing 60
km/h.
