According to Captain Somerville (in the original thread of messages),
an opening section  is included in the proposed Yarra crossing:  none
of the newspaper articles has made mention of it:  it seems that the
major concern is with that well known natural treasure (a rival to
Kakadu), the mouth of the Moonee Ponds Creek.
