3265 belongs to the Powerhouse Museum (as does 3830). The original intention
was that it would be restored once 3830 had been run in, but there have been
funding problems. Some work has begun, and ther will be an official launce
next week.

The Powerhouse Museum will be undertaking the work, with Ross Goodman again
as project manager. Most of the rest of the 3830 restoration team will be
back on deck for 3265.
