GE's do it better than Alco's!!

Whilst at West Footscray today, double NR's came up the hill, and as it
slowed for the signal, spewwed out an all-mighty, 10 second blast of thick
black smoke!
He-he, notch 0,1 or 2 straight to 8 never does loco's any good!
I missed a photograph, as I didn't get my camera out when I saw double NR's
come around the corner, but now I wish I did!!
