NRC 81 class livery

A few months ago, when AN1 was in Sydney for repainting, there was a
great deal of speculation about the NRC allocated 81 class being
repainted into National Rail colours 'sooner rather than later'. Does
anyone know what is happening to these units as there seems to be very
little information on this subject mentioned now.
