Yes VLP need the P class for HEP, but VLF also need the P class because they are
good pilot locos, and they need HEP for some container trains.  The night
superfreighter out of Tocumwal need HEP if there are any containers that need
cooling, but this does not always happen.
Did train control go on strike yesterday (Friday) at all?
