The NR41 accident as reported in ARHS magazines; 
 
    8001  Badly damaged Acacia Ridge 6/10/97. While shunting it was
hit by  NR41+17 which were parked in the loco shed. Brakes on NR class
gave way and they rolled uncrewed out of the shed. 8001  crew to
hospital with whiplash  injuries. Seems 8001 will be not run again as
there are plenty of spare 80  class locos
