Yesterday, Mon-22-02-1999, Z3.162 was seen in Swanston St at around 17:30,
with it's pantograph bent backwards and tied down to the roof. It was
running of it's trolley pole, and casued a huge delay during peak hour
(Most southbound trams were running via William St).
Z3.162 was seen today in service with a brand new panto.
