Q1 was answered long ago: the southernmost station on each system (all
time).

What has *not* been answered is q4.  Chris has not addressed the suspension
of bg service to Pinnaroo occurring before the conversion to sg from the
Tailem Bend.  AFAIK Pinnaroo is not a dual--gauge station.
