Ringwood Project - Track Occupation, 26/02/99-01/03/99

Dear all,

The above occupation will take place from 2100 hours Friday, 26th
February 1999 and until 0400 hours, Monday, 1st March 1999.  Alterations
will apply on dates shown below:

Commencing with the (3845) 20.05 DN BEG and (3036) 20.44 UP BEG, and
until the last train inclusive, all Lilydale and Belgrave trains will
operate as per W.T.T. between Flinders Street and Mitcham.  A substitute
bus service will convey passengers between Mitchan and
Belgrave/Lilydale, serving all intermediate stations.  This arrangement
will increase journey time by up to 32 minutes for Belgrave line
passengers and 21 minutes for Lilydale line passengers.

All trains will use down platform at Mitcham.

Numerous train alterations will take place at outstations, including
Burnley, Mitcham, Upper Ferntree Gully, Lilydale, Belgrave and Ringwood.
