Re: It's Academic

There were 4 Richmonds until December 1929 when the North Terrace - Glenelg
line closed. [Add this one to the tram list, too.]

North Geelong station wasn't the tram terminus. It was called NORTH and
was located opposite North Geelong 'A' Box.

Baddow had platforms on 3 sides of the triangle: S-E was long, E-N short
and S-N long (and built in more recent times to avoid pushing in/out as the
long platform was for Maryborough trains).

What about Maryvale?
Queensland (branch from Killarney Junction near Warwick); NSW Orange -
Wellington section (but two words in more recent times); Victorian public
siding opposite Maryvale exchange sidings (the mill is known as Maryvale
Mill); CAR north of Finke (NT); WA on the Nannup line.

OK, then:
What do the stations
                        Belmont
                        Belmont
                        Belmont
have in common?

Cheers.
