To limit vandalism, allow 10 minute stops at: Richmond/Clifton Hill/North
Melbourne ect. for cleaning, replacement of Door Windows and other damaged
equipment.

All Up train movements are to run express Empty Cars to get them back to the
city for outbound passengers.

Trains are authorised to stop to pick up Railway Staff (travelling to work)
and Members of The Victoria Police who have previously arranged to be picked
up through Metrol.
