DVA v0.10 beta

I just wrote a program that will generate Sydney-style station
snnouncements. It is not true dva, but is something to play around with
until you can get hold of the real program. It is only beta, so doesn't
include every station name, but it has many, enough to create some weird
stopping patterns.

Make sure you use Winzip to open it, as it uses a set path structure. It
also contains a few examples to get you started
