Rail crash man sent into siding
A MAN blamed by Freight Victoria for a head-on smash between two trains in
Ararat last month has been sacked.
Marinus van Onselen, the chief executive of Freight Victoria, said a company
investigation found the long-serving employee "operated the main line points
of his own volition without instruction or direction".
