[VIC] Under the platform at North Richmond!

G'day!

This afternoon, I caught the 1417 dn EPP from SSS to RES. When we
arrived at NRM, 2 persons were seen lying on the ground underneath the
platform!! (NRM is an elevated platform on steel pylons). The driver
went to investegate and discovered 2 teenage people (1 male, 1 female)
the female off her face and the male had committed OD (Heroin). The
driver refused to move his train (quite rightly) until the people were
removed. The train was delayed 20 mins at NRM and delayed 3 EPP and 3
HBE line trains behind it.

I know this may sound unfeeling, selfish and callous, but if they're
going to do it, can't they do it somewhere away from where my customers,
collegues and I have to be? I say that the sooner we get the safe
injecting rooms the better (but as many people point out, I wouldn't
want one next door!)
