The UK mags have a weird way of doing it - The January edition will normally
go on sale in the first week of December. I rang Pip Dunn - a reporter with
LIAR (oops, RAIL) and he told me it has been getting steadily worse over the
last few years, with each mag trying to get the jump on their competition.
